The event brought together principal investigators, researchers, invited speakers, and management team members for a week of scientific exchange, research updates, and collaborative discussions.
The program included status reports from the UNIVERSE+ principal investigators, as well as presentations by invited speakers and UNIVERSE+ researchers. A central part of the meeting was dedicated to eight working groups, each focusing on open questions within the consortium's research themes. On the final day, the groups presented their progress and emerging results to the wider consortium, fostering discussion and identifying directions for future research.
The meeting also provided an opportunity for the management team to engage with the scientific activities, interact with researchers, and discuss organizational aspects of the consortium’s ongoing and future work.
Beyond the scientific program, participants enjoyed a dinner at St. John's College and punting on the River Cam, which offered further opportunities for informal conversation.
We thank everyone who contributed to the productive, stimulating, and enjoyable UNIVERSE+ Annual Meeting in Cambridge.
